Large-scale modernization and ongoing operations (MCO) of a high-volume omnichannel marketing platform, processing from hundreds of thousands to several million sends per day.

• Front-end & design system: Designed and built a custom Angular component library (Tailwind CSS, DaisyUI) end to end, including a dynamic form builder that drastically simplified building consistent forms. Integrated Storybook and Vitest, and improved accessibility (a11y) and UX for business teams.
• Cloud architecture & data pipelines: Industrialized incoming data flows and their integration into complex relational databases. Adapted, reconfigured, and validated Spring Boot and Angular applications for compatibility with the new AWS cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Kafka), migrating from the existing on-premises setup.
• Legacy maintenance & operations: Diagnosed and resolved production incidents on the legacy stack (Oracle Data Integrator, Unica, Control-M, Cognos, WebLogic) to secure service continuity throughout the transition, working in an Agile Scrum team.
